The report found that 43 minors under the age of 16 are being held and 167 prisoners are aged 16-18. There are seven Palestinian women in Israeli jails.
Israeli detention centers “lack the minimal standard living conditions,” and Israeli prison guards often humiliate and oppress inmates, the report found.
The most recent figures for administrative detainees stands at 250, after a reduction following mass hunger strike action in April, it said.
The report divided prisoners according to their district of origin. 770 prisoners are from Nablus, 753 from Hebron, 712 from Ramallah, 586 from Tulkarem, 569 from Jenin, 345 from Bethlehem, 245 from Qalqiliya, 151 from Jerusalem, 56 from Jericho and 435 from the Gaza Strip.
Over 750,000 Palestinians have been arrested since 1967, meaning roughly 40 percent of Palestinian men have been detained at some point in their lives, Addameer prisoners group says.
